Again, sounds great, but with PTSC it's untrue. We're paying for Fortune 500 level directors based on pay, and getting street corner fortune teller quality performance.

Despite your repetitive insinstence, the problem isn't with the shareholders' expectations, it's with the BOD & Management's performance. Maybe that hits too close to home for you and is hard for you to admit, but it doesn't make it any less true.
