Every month over $40K is paid to three people who refuse to communicate with shareholders and whose continuance as directors and officer fail to bring value to shareholders.
Is anyone else concerned? With all the litigation costs PTSC is incurring, coupled with this outrageous and in my opinion, undeserved compensation, how long before the BoD starts to think about Swartz and/or Preferred shares?
Please write to the SEC every day and perhaps the squeaky wheel will get the grease. Present the SEC with whatever information you may have that raises questions and doubts about how this company has been managed for as far back as you can remember. Let the SEC determine whether or not there has been any wrong doing. To my knowledge, they have no statute of limitations on filing charges.
