Was there more to this message than what just hit the ears?

Was there insider information available to warrant holders and/or shareholders that was not available to the general public to which she was referring?

We have had a multitude of good news since that spike in 2006, yet the shareprice has steadily fallen since then, now settling around the pre-spike price.
