Your baseball analogy falls short in that the rules for the minors and majors are still the same. why must u blame the shareholder for trusting in a company and the stated corporate goals of the company? I think you will have trouble showing that a minor league team is paying their "managers" a major league salary. PTSC is. In your same baseaball analogy our BOD is batting a fat 0....the owners of that minor league franchise (the shareholder) would fire the managers and bring in new talent.

U want to blame the shareholder rather than those that are responsible....how unique...
