it could be a buyout of ... Selway Capitial (most likley PDSG or Holocom)

Could be consulting finds governement Business.. His specialty is alliance building with a focus on business opportunities within the Government, where commercial technologies present optimum enterprise solutions. Dr. Clemins is a co-owner of TableRock ...
