Ask Cliff if he would be willling to be a whistle blower and report what he may know to the SEC :)

Ask him to be kind enough to write a letter to the shareholders as Pohl, Turley and Goerner were accustomed to doing

Ask him why they (BoD) have delayed any further management conference meetings with TPL until September.

Ask him if he sleeps well at night, knowing that he is highly compensated yet he doesn't own one share stock and can't vote at the Annual Shareholder meeting
