My thinking on the term was the same as marc's--someone who does not have English as their primary language wrote the e-mail. Since "embargo" is usually used in r/t to a government order, I also wondered if the author meant that the court was involved is some way. Anyway, I am happy to hear that the shareholders will hear something very soon--hope it IS that our ship is coming in. GL, ads
