Considering the news broke yesterday about the 148 NIRC with no formal PR from the company there's really no way for the general public to know. The only ones who follow the USPTO and related events are investors who visit this board. When PTSC officially releases the news along with resolution of the TPL suite combined with a couple heavy hitting licensee's, we should see a nice pop. all my t's & o's.
