I hope the BOD does the right thing now that PTSC is due for some favorable court rulings !

As soon as the cash starts rolling in they need to:

1. Hire professionals that are the same caliber as with QUALCOMM to take this penny stock to exceed the QUALCOMM success.

2. Develop a Plan to redesign the patents so they are patentable once expired, the same as with Microsoft with thier Window Platform, heck, every 5 too seven years they come up with a new version of windows that upgrades the former and they still maintain their patents, why can PTSC do that?

3. How about actually challenging ARM's patents for invalidity due to infringement?

4. I would then redesign patents to produce ARMS products that would be replaced with PTSC technology? Wow!!!

With thousands of infringing companies from small digital watches, Air Force Fighter Jets to NASA Space ships they have all infringed on PTSC technology and need to pay up!

Motorola, Texas Instruments, Siemens, you name it... the revenues could be Billions per year.

The question is what is the BOD going to do with the cash, will they squander it, buy new planes for each staff member, or plan strategically like QUALCOMM?

I hope its the latter.
