The defandants Moore is referring to is surely TPL and Alliacense. I'm not sure what that has to do with what I said.

Perhaps it is your contention that the state of MMP licensing is of no use the HTC, Acer and Barco? Or will have no impact on whether or not a fence-sitter buys a license in the near term? Or demands an even lower price?
