None of the three parties care about the shareholders. If anything is evident in this whole mess it is that. I wouldn't expect to see anything unless it is ironclad legally required. Reference the no 8K after the J settlement. The conduct of all the parties is totally embarassing in a professional manner of speaking. I wouldn't at all be surprised to see a judge make such a statement in the future publicly. There is so much dirty dealings going on behind the scenes it is sickening to witness. It is behavior like this that discredits investors from participation. If the SEC wants to be silent while the OTC market dries up...so be it.
