Sorry, but this is a bit exaggerated IMO. The mail from June 17th I received said:

"The Company expects to issue the release within approximately seven to ten days based on the culmination of certain events."

"expects" doesn't mean it will be 100% certain.
"approximately" = "ungefähr" in german.
And "culmination of certain events" to me means the release is somehow depending on these events.

Business is not always predictable, especially with negotiations and legal implications involved.

And by the way: since Moore's last entry in his blog we know that nothing has changed...so it's not sure if the news release will have a positive impact on the shareprice.
