You mean Moore may be right. He is certainly more informed then the rest of us. While I'm growing leery of his prognostications, I'm keenly aware that he is more in the loop then the vast majority of us. I would very much like to ignore his sentiments, but I'm preparing myself to be fleeced by PTSC. $42K.....out the window. My experience is that poor performance is generally a direct result of poor planning. PTSC is a prime example of disastrous performance directly attributable to terrible planning and woefully inadequate personnel. The problem isn't at the USPTO, that excuse is out the window. Like I said a year ago, PTSC is a zombie company. Not enough capital for meaningful investment but, just enough to keep the lights on and insiders fat.
