I see nothing untoward or compromising in Chuck expressing his frustration with what

is happening-NOT-happening-- with his MMP income. He let his,"friend" take care of his

business affaires,while he tended to his technical problems. As we can all see very readily,

what he obviously believed would be a fair, arms length business arrangement,turned

out to be a convoluted mess.It seems to me that he could post much more than what

he has so far.He has demonstrated to my belief,HERCULEAN restraint through this

obviously stressful ordeal..If "Truth be told",I would not doubt for a minute that he

is regretting his decision to engage Leckrone to represent him in this attempt to get his

"FAIR SHARE"of the fruits of his labor.Since his FORTE is NOT in the law but rests in

Technology, He left that up to someone from whom he believed that he would get an honest effort on his behalf..

If anyone of 'US' feel that we were mislead, or in any way or fashion were duped,then

we should feel empathy,not scorn when reflecting on his plight. After all aren't we

all very disappointed and grossly unhappy with our situation? Let's NOT blame the

messenger,in classic style..And that's the way I feel about this BOTCHED enterprise.
