From 2004 when B&O represented us.. - Moore stole the 336 by not admitting to his lack of inventorship and created this whole mess for PTSC.. or did we all seem to forget this...
"Sometime before the granting of the ’336 patent, one
of the inventors, Fish, transferred his interest in the Sh-Boom
inventions to a family trust. The trust sold Fish’s interest to
a company called
Nanotronics, which, in 1994, sold it to Patriot. It is on the
basis of these transactions that Patriot believes itself to be
the sole owner of ’336.">
So let’s see if I understand you…you are accusing Chuck Moore of stealing the 336.
It seems to me that Nanotronics misrepresented ownership when it sold its interest in the 336 to Patriot. Do you mean to tell me that Patriot attorneys and directors were so negligent in their due diligence that they failed to see that there was another inventor listed at the USPTO prior to 2004? So it seems that from 1994-2004 Patriot misrepresented to its shareholders that it held sole ownership of that patent. Show me where they ever informed shareholders, prior to the litigation that began in 2004, that another inventor was listed at the US patent office.
Oh by the way, Patriot ended up suing Beatie and Osborne in San Diego Superior Court in 2006. Do you think it had anything to do with this?
Chuck Moore is not the enemy here. It would seem reasonable for anyone to believe that TPL and I’m sorry to say our own BoD past and present have done the most harm to shareholders.
