You obviously have a more intimate knowledge of Fish/Falk and the disagreements with Moore. I am merely suggesting that Moore had been listed as a co-inventor/owner with the USPTO from the beginning.

I do not recall PTSC EVER informing shareholders that there was a co-owner prior to 2004. It is there on the USPTO website for the world to see....why did they not tell shareholders of the potential for a future conflict?
