Obviously you are right on..Lecky will deal with whomever presents to him the most serious threat..Therefore it would seem that he either has NO reason to consider PTSC a contender to any great degree,,'OR',there may be an ally on the PTSC BoD who is in some way assisting him in the trampling of PTSC's rightful share in the MMP proceeds.

Now of course the forgoing assumption would beg the question,"Who might that be?".

One would be inclined to believe that "SO FAR" what we have experienced from Lecky is an excess of HUBRIS,along with a large heaping of DISDAIN for the PTSC shareholders.
