Who has heard it is for sell? Why buy the cow when the milk is free? I think there might be some big names behind PUBPAT that were trying to squash this patent portfolio. The currrent case might also be being fought proxy style with some bigger names behind the three we are in court with. The case has greater ramifications than just the three. I don't know if this is possible i.e giant corporations that are competitors in collusion to squash the little guy. It just seems that after the USPTO hold up some of these mid size companies would have signed by now especially being on notice for three or more years. What is it?
