I am not sure but gloria did say she was way underpaid for what she does. but since the bod does not actually live within driving distance to the ptsc headquarters, they must be very busy on the phone or tweeting messages regarding corporate strategies. you dont trade at 7 cents a share with out a rock solid, well thought out game plan. just give it time cautious, we have the right people in charge to turn this ship around.
