Considering according to our website company history, we're still touting our Vigylis, Iameter, and Avot aquisitions, you gotta wonder if this Code of Ethics still applies:

When you read it and consider the history and timing of their actions, IMO, at best, all three of our BODges at the least should take a strong refresher course in what is written there that they hold up as their pledge to shareholders.

I'd also suggest they get out a Webster's dictionary, read the definition of the word "prompt" as in "promptly", and take it to heart or strike it from their Code.
