I heard from a reliable source that a number of the largest infringers of the MMP have joined together to put an offer on the table that is too good for the BOD & TPL to pass up. The deal will deposit equal amounts into the Caymen island bank accounts of some individuals named Johnson, Felcyn, Flowers & Leckrone. All that is required is that they keep the infighting/setttlement impass & litigation going until 2017(patent expiration).
