The answer is NOT "be positive", the answer is CLEARLY to immediately issue millions of additional warrants to S&L, and to start spiffing the BOD members with some extra cash for "their efforts". Heck, perhaps throw in being late with some SEC filings, and go back and re-state some of the old ones, just for good measure.

How can you be so obtuse as to not see the obvious!? We got to MOTIVATE our BOD members, and quit complaining about their ... how should we say this ... previous "indiscretions".

Of course, this is only my opinion, and I'd defer to "brighter" minds who would, for example prefer to stick with PTSC's failed strategies over some other company's apparently successful strategies, and who likely find most of this talk of PTSC's history and future as "fantasmagorical tripe", but to each his own I guess.
