Thank you for your inquiry. The discussion forums are intended for members to communicate amongst themselves within civil matters on issues pertaining to their investment. If a user has a question that does not deal with Patriot at all, is intended to infuriate or inflame a specific member (regardless of rank) or an unspecified group, that message will be deleted. A response will be provided, but typically the members that have posted such messages with these innuendo's, have been banned in spite our intentions to provide closure to problems only they had.
If you need help from AGORACOM anybody is welcome to contact us using the general inbox. We do our best to respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and bring resolution to situations both simple and complex.
With regards to any appointments of HUB Leaders, the process is simple.
- The member must be at least a Vice President member with a proven activity in a HUB (Typically 100 posts on a HUB is the benchmark though there are exceptions).
- Must have three recommendations from members with a rank of Vice President and up
- Other criteria such as violations per messages, and overall contributions to the community (such as their 5 star rating) are most definitely considered.
