AGORACOM - Just wondering

I'm not one to give too much credence or attention to titles, but since the PTSC board in particular, seems often to be one of imbalance, subjective application of rules and standards, and inconsistency, I wanted to raise an issue. Especially in light of a recent request from some forum members here.

"With regards to any appointments of HUB Leaders, the process is simple.
Certainly, my posting history puts me in good standing with all three of those criteria. IN FACT, for a long while (at least a couple of years, if I recall correctly), I WAS listed as a hub leader. Then, without explanation, right around the time of banning of several PTSC-BOD - and - Management - critical posters, my hub leader status was eliminated.
Additionally, posters who many would characterize as the opposite of PTSC critical, were added as hub leaders.
Based on the thread regarding your outlook on this board, and the way the Agoracom system works and is "managed", it would appear that the reality is not as simple and direct as your explanation seems to convey, otherwise, it seems I would still be a hub leader, or at the least, would have received an explanation as to why I was removed.
As this seems to be a topic of interest to many here, perhaps you can explain, using my case, why someone who was once a hub leader, meets all your criteria as a hub leader, was removed as a hub leader without explanation and without cause.
Thanks in advance.
