FINRA announces name change from OTCBB

Overview

FINRA® is notifying all interested parties that, as set forth in FINRA Rule Filing SR-FINRA-2011-019, FINRA will rename the OTC Bulletin Board™ (OTCBB™ or Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board™)) facility as the Non-NMS Quotation Service™ (NNQS™). FINRA will be announcing details about the transition to NNQS over the coming months. Relevant details and timelines will be announced on the OTCBB.com website and the FINRA.org website. Further, details regarding the evolution of the OTCBB will be forthcoming. At present, the anticipated implementation date of the name change will be early 2012.
