Could it be that we have two separate issues going on in two different courts.

In superior court, TPL wanted arbitration and we did not. TPL filed a motion to compel arbitration and the judge denied it. I'm not sure that TPL's appeal regarding this has been scheduled or heard

In appellate court, I believe TPL is attempting to reverse the decision regarding a temporary restraining order.

As usual corrections welcome. As usual, TPL stalls every effort on all fronts and burns up time and money for all of us.
