At some point, those PTSC BoD members responsible for entering into the lop-sided agreement must resign. It is hard to tell whether it is better for that to happen now, or later, depending upon information that may be providing in ongoing lititgation etc...

Aside from that, it is becoming apparent that the motives and operations of TPL were completely nefarious, at best. I hope we nail them and, if at all possible, fight to regain complete control/ownership of the MMP as a potential result of the fraud allegations sticking!
