I believe it was at the shareholder meeting last year and not at the virtual meeting this year where the question was raised regarding review of PDS' books and I believe it was Gloria who responded that yes they had reviewed those books and were satisfied.

Perhaps Gloria and the rest should have demanded that TPL's and/or Alliacense's books be reviewed. I am inclined to believe that commingling may have been going on for years. I don't believe for one minute that our BoD never had any idea that this has been going on for a much longer period of time than April 2010 when PTSC filed its complaint.
