I just want to say that when I suggested here a few years ago that DL was comingling licenses I was told that it was impossible. Well, with PTSC and DL apparently nothing is impossible except accountability to shareholders.
I've been happy popping in and out of PTSC but my outlook has always been skeptical. This most recent PR may signal the end of the game of hot potato. It's not all that far to three decimal points. I think I'm going to leave this dead horse alone now.
