If memory serves me right, it was Moore that cut an agreement with TPL long before PTSC. What you are suggesting is the PTSC somehow force Moore to undo his agreement with TPL. Which is the only way I could see PTSC being able to avoid dealing with Leckrone. But that is just my opinion and I welcome any counter arguments.
