If your hypothesis is based on the above, it is not very soundly based. It would mean that the dissolution of Intellasys was planned, the loss of Moore's properties faked, Moore's public villification of Leckrone also part of the plan, and Greg Bailey is either in on the plan or unknowingly making false statements. Moreover, it makes the assumption that PTSC would eventually sue TPL. I don't think PTSC's suit could have been viewed as a sure thing at the time such a wild plan was formulated. IMO anyway.
