Moore (not in my opinion a great lover of PTSC and has tried to usurp our justified and court mandated rights) sues TPL to present the visage of an adverserial relationship vis a vis TPL.

PTSC files to break the COMAG as per the outs listed within.

TPL with its established network hooks back up with Moore and grabs 100% of the licensing revenue.

PTSC can NOT break teh ComAg without first securing a partnership with Moore dependant on the ComAg, yet prior to the dissolution of said ComAg Moore can not enter into an agreement with Moore as it relates to the MMP\

PTSC must therefore resolve their differences with TPL
