With a combined net income over $10bn, is $5m each reasonable?

It has been stated that most, if not all, manufacturers are in breach of at least 1 patent. I believe that the enormity of potential licensing fees has yet to be appreciated. Plus, there is all prior years arrears to be negotiated.
