Not to jump in on Ba here...how about probable cause or even reasonable suspicion? I would say let the jury decide on the validity of proof. What I do have proof of is that if you believed the hype and bought in anywhere north of .50, then you have been screwed if you are a typical mom and pop, buy and hold neophyte. Funny how that seems to be a common theme in penny land.
