It was pertinent to me from the moment I read it. I had hoped that at the time I posted info regarding the 1st amended complaint that you ( and perhaps a few others) would have taken my lead and visited the court to review docs yourself. Then, you could have been the one to share this (and other) information that was time consuming to read and not free to copy.

I do what I can to research and provide clear and accurate information. You are of course free to come to your own conclusions about what info is pertinent and when it is pertinent to you.
