Thank you for these posts related to the undersight and the board of mismanagement. Brings to light a number of things and explains behaviours of our "leaders."

Given the conduct of the participants in last year's VSHM, I conclude that

1. Gloria was agitated and defensive because she knew she had not done her job as a "forensic accountant"

2. Gloria and Cliff were royally peeved at Carlton Johnson

3. Carlton Johnson was being silenced by Gloria and Cliff

(and I'm not excusing CJ for anything, just that this explains his demeanor)

4. They are ALL in cahoots and ALL should be dismissed by the shareholders

I don't care that they "know the history" and provide "continuity" through court proceedings, etc. If they had done their job in the first place we wouldn't be in court today, to the detriment of shareholders.
