I wonder if the oft-mentioned suit against PTSC was nothing more than smoke and mirrors campaign to gain some sort of advantage for the proponents, and if it is now reduced to bombarding the SEC on a weekly basis with "complaints"?

My request to the SEC for an investigation of these tactics is on the way, and I urge those with similar concerns to do the same.
