We presently have the patents combined into one and we have T&T batting for us on behalf of TPL so there is really nothing left for PTSC to negotiate in this area any more. PTSC should now be concentrating on negotiating deals with new customers for Ignite. What`s done is done! With the decision to merge the patents with TPL and giving them 100% control in licensing and enforcement, PTSC by their actions confirmed that T&T/TPL can negotiate a hell of allot better than we ever could. I`m ok with them admitting that they lack in negotiating and leaving it up the TPL if it brings in the $$. We will have to wait and see but I believe T&T will bring in some cash. What is left after expenses is a whole other story.
