To my knowledge, PTSC is involved (named) in three cases

PTSC vs TPL

Acer/Barco/HTC vs TPL/PTSC

We are named as a defendant along with Phil Marcoux in TPL's suit against Marcoux.

It has been and continues to be my belief that Apple was the mystery company for which the MMP was commingled and which prompted PTSC's complaint against TPL in April 2010. Phil Marcoux's case involves his patent portfolio (Chipscale) and clearly brings Apple into this suit.

Leckrone is also being sued by Chet Brown and was sued by Robert Neilson, however, Neilson's suit was recently dismissed.
