Supreme Court to review arbitration

I have it on good authority that TPL petitioned the Supreme court to review the arbitration clause.

I had thought the supreme court review was regarding the temporary restraining order. If I recall correctly the lower court (Superior Court) had granted PTSC a temporary restraining order which TPL said is the same as a preliminary injunction. They filed an appeal and briefs haven't been received yet (I believe).

In the mean time, TPL petition for review by the Supreme Court was granted today 8/12/11
