If one chooses to help out in this matter, please consider focusing on this dog of a man. Working for Swartz, his dealings were all about making sure Swartz got in and out with a profit while misleading the shareholders. He brings nothing to the shareholders at PTSC. His conflict of interest is obvious. His various positions indicate he has no time to adequately do his job at PTSC. Not only should complaints be filed with SEC against this person but also with the bar association.
