But sitting on a board at Peregrine and collecting fat checks is a breeze. Plus, he can still play cribbage all day with his Roswell pals Carlton Johnson and Eric Schwartz, also board members.

Carlton Johnson, the man in charge of finding a replacement CEO, still hasn't found a suitable replacement as CEO at Patriot.
