In the investment world where MONEY is at stake,the facts are that it is a,"Dog eat Dog,Devil take the hindmost,You're on you're own,Sharks are in the water menagerie.

There is,IMO, way too much "EMOTION",and NOT enough cool, rational,evaluation of any of the factors that are at play here.

Firstly,these patents ARE STILL valuable.(Lecky's actions validate that).

Secondly,We own at present,at least 50% of the MMP.(Lecky has tried and failed to obtain that,by using a third party in attempting to buy us out,and blocking testimony by Higgins when representing Moore in court,And his present intransigence).

Thirdly,'For a FEW dollars more,anyone can reduce his/her cost basis.(Making exit easier).

Fourthly,This current impasse cannot go on forever..(Cases eventually are resolved).

Fifthly,When License signings resume,(Which I believe will occur),We will all look for an exit point.(Lessons having been learned)..
