SEC Filing deadlines

If PTSC is still registered as an accelerated filer then the 10K filing deadline was August 16

Cliff did say at the virtual shareholder meeting that the company status would be changed to non accelerated filer at the end of the fiscal year (May 31, 2010).

I don't know if the company was supposed to notify the SEC of their intent to change the status, to be able to take advantage of the non accelerated filing deadline which is August 30?.
