This appears to be the problem with those who dwell in the past.

In case you haven't noticed, things have changed dramatically. PTSC is standing up to Leckrone in a valiant attempt to rectify issues (MA/ComAg) of the past. This on top of eliminating two BoD positions, whittling down the PDSG staff to bare minimum and implementing a proactive "open source" mechanism to attract customers to their products. They have also voiced their intent for the future, presumably commencing with a settlement with Leckrone, which is to distribute future MMP revenues via dividends (as is the prevailing desire of shareholders). Further, they've announced no more M&A, and that licensing oversight has been agreed and is being performed.

My apologies, but I do not recall you ever addressing the impact of any of the above either positively or negatively. The only comment by you that I recall having to do with the future was a suggestion that PTSC revert to the past (!) and add two more BoD members.

The above is in stark contrast to the past. But, amazingly IMO, it seems to not only be ignored, but not even acknowledged. You respond with "....if nothing changes, history will likely continue to repeat". A change has happened. Apparently you missed it....

Do you agree with this change in stance? Would you do something different?
