Perhaps, rather than criticizing my post, you could bother to THINK and provide some worthwhile input.
You quote my words, but not all of them, and question ME.
The complete quote is as follows:
"Why weren't they answering the phones? Maybe because they were fully engaged in working the problem, by which they had been blindsided by someone else's ineptitude? (apparently a communication breakdown between the SEC and FINRA).
Unless someone can advise as to how PTSC caused this problem, or could have avoided it, the criticism is not justified."
But no response. You ask "and u know this to be true?". Well, I included a "maybe" and an "apparently". Do you know this not to be true?
And, in reality, just who is sitting on that supposed high horse? Typically, that perch is reserved for those who offer criticism. It is those who pass judgment, often in complete ignorance (as in the "late filing" non-sense). Correction: pass erroneous judgment EVEN AFTER that ignorance should have been overcome.
And I note that you have ZERO response to MY questions. Nada. Perhaps the most pertinent questions are beneath your lofty heights. Or you have no answer. Or there is no basis for criticism of the BoDs actions TODAY, or their stated intent going forward.
Fair and balanced? Some twenty-thirty posts of criticism of a non-event beyond PTSC's apparent control, even after Laurie had provided the answer. Fair? Please explain that one for me.
Now try responding to My questions, if you are capable.
