It's just how Yahoo does it. You'll see it all the time for EDGAR numbers, if EDGAR does a refresh or something, they get bumped as "news."

The bottom line number is exactly the same on the April report:

Net loss
 $ (5,649,009 )

If there were a re-statement they would have to file it with the SEC. There is no new filing.
