Can someone, possibly Ronran, answer the question pertaining to the "law" that this situation we find ourselves in seems to be a slow death by the hands of TPL.

Is there no recourse against TPL whether it be a Temp Order and/or "emergency" hearing due to the severity of the situation?

TPL has had two hands around our throat and they continue to squeeze. Playing this out slowly while running there own business.... It just does not sound right or legal?

I'm sure CM is not happy with this as well since this is not what he agreed to and/or the spirit of the agreement on his part as well as PTSC.

Our BOD really put us in horrible situation and this needs to be addressed on all fronts ASAP vs. a "timely process" in the courts system!
