This board is beginning to remind me of what happened about twenty years ago to the city of Seattle when Boeing was going through a slump. The city and the local economy was in such a depression that some local paid for a billboard that had the message, ``would the last person out of the city please turn off the lights``.

But as we all know Seattle and Boeing rebounded and are both now soaring and we can only hope that is what willl happen to this board and the future of ptsc.
