How did PTSC, a microcap company with no long term debt, and over $20 million in cash, end up with Roswell Capital Partners controlling every aspect of the business ? Particularly PDS ? How can Roswell be satisfied with the current status of the company they controll ?

Something stinks in Stuttgart.

Why was PDS even formed ? Why was a inside partner in Roswell given the reigns to PDS ? Revenues coming in, expenses going out, ...these could have been handled and reported through PTSC. My thought is, PDS was created to obscure transparency, as if partnering with a private company wouldn't be obscure enough. I've questioned the formation of PDS from the beginning. Did Roswell demand the formation of a new entity ?

Which, again, begs the question...How did Roswell sieze control of Patriot ?
